Temperature difference based circulation working principle:
The heat collecting system adopts temperature cycle. There is a temperature sensor separately installed in the collector and water tank, then temperature signals can be send to the the controll system. When the temperature difference between collector and water tank exceeds the set value, then circulation pump will be started up to push the cold water in the tank to the collector and hot water in the collector will flow to the tank. That is a temperature cycle to warm up the water in the tank
The control system can realize the smart mornitoring of temperature, water level, automatic water-feeding. Easy to freeze part of the system is equipped with a heat detector. When the temperature difference reach the set range, the recycling pump will be started up automatically, and then hot water in the tank will flow to the colder part to prevent from freezing.
In the end of pipeline, which is the water point, there is a temperature detector. When it signals that the temperature is higher than the set value, the pump works to make the hot water in the pipeline flow into the collector so that there always be a flow of hot water.
